RTP Server

Hi I am new to Gstreamer, I am not sure if this is the right place to ask for
questions.

I would like to know if there is any way to create RTP Server using
Gstreamer. I know how to create RTSP server but I did not find any way to
create RTP server. 

I have tried udpsink but it only sends packets to specified host where it is
not creating a server there.
