Hugh cpu difference between MSVC and MINGW version 1.18.2

On windows 10 prof with cpu Intel i7- 6 core, I see a huge cpu difference
between the msvc and the mingw libraries.


For 64 cameras I see that :

- msvc uses 30% cpu

- mingw uses 20% cpu



Used pipeline is Rtspsrc ! rtph264depay! h264parse ! qtmux ! filesink



Any idea about this cpu difference and can this be solved in the future?

I prefer to use the msvc version, but this is now not possible due to the
cpu load.
