FFmpeg Meson port PR

Hi,

I wanted to see if someone could take a look at this one-line PR to
the FFmpeg Meson port. Should be a very quick and easy review—I was
hoping nirbheek would get to it, but judging from Github he's been out
for the past couple months. We're consuming this port in Aegisub and
this is one of the last two bugs preventing the Visual Studio solution
from being generated correctly.
