DgiStreamer Graphical tool for Gstreamer

Amazing job! It will really help to design pipeline especially when u need
to have abr, rtp/rtcp and stuff with timeoverlays and decklink/nvidia in
one pipeline and describe it to colegues with close to none human readable
explanation why it is not working :) Thank you!
