Using gstreamer with cmake in android?

I succeed in receiving the video flux with gstreamer on android as client and
the raspberry pi as server. The problem is that i use ndk build to add
gstreamer c files to my application. I want to know how to add them using
cmake ? Or if i can add the android.mk and application.mk to my application
using cmake ?Best regards,Safouane
