Issue with Command

I tried below command and same error. Gstreamer is installed at AWS, so is
there any issue of fetching webcam.
gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src num-buffers=1 device=/dev/video5 ! jpegenc
quality=100 ! multifilesink location=/var/www/html/public/img/IMG%06d.jpg
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
ERROR: Pipeline doesn't want to pause.
ERROR: from element /GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstV4l2Src:v4l2src0: Cannot
identify device '/dev/video5'.
