Gstreamer WebRTC Examples

Hello

I am totally new to Gstreamer but i have installed Ubuntu & Gstreamer on
the server.
I have found an example
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-examples/
but could not understand how these examples will work.
I cloned webrtc examples on the server but don't know how it will work.

Please help me with the steps i should follow
