actually the passphrase is part of the official definition

vlc 4.x nightly builds work, but the option is hidden deep in tools -> options -> advanced -> input -> access -> srt

I was wondering who is officially responsible for srt protocol definition? I suggested to vlc implementing the passphrase option, because it would be easier for me to keep using vlc to test streams. However they were quite annoyed with my request, because this passphrase is according to them not in the official definition.
