Printing timestamp for each video frame when GStreamer is used with BlackMagic DeckLink

Hello!

My question is about using of GStreamer with BlackMagic DeckLink.

Could you please explain how to print absolute (not relative) timestamp information in format {hours, minutes, seconds} for each video frame ?
