ORC support for arm64, and compositor performance

I inspected table 2 here:

I noticed that arm64 is not listed as a column.

So I am curious about the behavior of the gstreamer compositor on arm64
platform.  I assume it falls back to the C code, and that performance is
likely much slower.  Is this assumption correct?
