nvv4l2Xenc requires "video/x-raw(memory:NVMM)"

adding nvvidconv before the encoder should do the trick

Check the debug logs but AFAIU this simply means that nvv4l2h265enc can't handle the caps you're configuring on the capsfilter after the videotestsrc.
