Build from source system-wide

Hi all,

I have success building from source using Meson and using it in a development environment, as per https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/documentation/installing/building-from-source-using-meson.html?gi-language=c

But does anyone know how to build from source (using Meson) for a system-wide installation?
