Using GES to transcode a video file with a huge frame gap, output is unexpected

After further testing, this bug ...
* Does NOT appear when the clip is the entire file
* Does appear when the clip begins just slightly before the final frame
preceding the gap (which is at 4.9666672 seconds).

I am less concerned about this bug and I will stop investigating.
