Stuck on Redistribute Latency

Hello all

I am currently trying to play a RTSP stream using gst-play-1.0. However, it
seems like gst-play gets stuck on 'Redistribute Latency'. How do I make
sense of this issue?

Attached debug log is the gst debug log.

For reference, attached is debug2 is the verbose log when I play the RTSP
stream using ffmpeg which manages to play.

Any advice greatly appreciated!
