gst-inspect details on plugins from temnplate

Hi folks, 

   Michael Gruner put me on the right path. I was inspecting the file
(fooapush.so), and the plugin (apush), but not the element name itself. The
element name is the second argument to gst_element_register call in
_plugin_init(). When I did that it worked as expected.
