The GStreamer team is pleased to announce a new release of orc, the
Optimised inner loop Runtime Compiler.

Highlights:

- Add support for aarch64 (64-bit ARM) architecture

- Various improvements and fixes for aarch32 (32-bit ARM)

- Enable only SSE and MMX backends for Windows for now

- Add support for macOS Hardened Runtime

- Various build fixes and bug fixes
