audio issue in receiving rtsp streaming

The SDP response from DESCRIBE tells you if you have audio and metadata
substreams in addition to the video (and any other like backchannel or ...)
If you attempt to connect to a non existent stream, you will time out and
reconnect (whatever your error handling is set for)
