Gstreamer with multiple stream rendering in Windows OS

Hello Team,

I am able to render multiple RTSP streams which are transmitting from
different IP cameras using GStreamer and Janus in Linux environment into
the web browser. But, now, I want to render multiple RTSP streams in the
Windows operating system in the web browser via webrtc. But, here,
GStreamer supports Windows OS and at the same time, Janus doesn’t have
support for Windows OS. Hence, request you to suggest a suitable media
framework to deploy in Windows OS along with GStreamer to render the
multiple RTSP streams.
