GES meaning of "preview"

Hi,

In GES the "preview" term is, in contrast to "rendering", a mode where
the goal is to display the streams locally rather that rendering
(meaning encoding/muxing) it in a file.

A merge request to enhance the documentation about that is welcome :-)
