Cropping with compositor?

I think you might be able to do that with the "converter-config"
property on the sink pads, using GST_VIDEO_CONVERTER_OPT_SRC_X and
GST_VIDEO_CONVERTER_OPT_SRC_WIDTH and such, but I don't have any
example code to point at, just something you could try.
