This is best reported via the "Report abuse" button / menu item for the
user or issue in question.

Then it will go to the gitlab admins who will pick it up as soon as
they can.

In general freedesktop infrastructure issues are best raised by filing
a new ticket
in https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/freedesktop/freedesktop/-/issues/ sin
ce the GStreamer team does not have admin powers on the freedesktop
instance.
