splitmuxsink and Property Sink, creating files by myself

Hi,

I'm get working the splitmuxsink with the sink property, so that splitmuxsink
now is connected to a appsink.
The Idea is now to generate splitted files by my one using the NewSample.
The Newsample is invoked well, but I don't understand if the new  
sample is Part
of the actual file or the next one.

Has anyone an idea ?
