Not really. You can install most of the dependencies via apt build-dep
and then just build the gstreamer monorepo
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/ , see the README.

You can use that build in an uninstalled fashion (development
environment) so it doesn't mess with your system installation.

Alternatively, debian testing/sid have up-to-date packages, so perhaps
you could either upgrade (bookworm is in freeze already after all) or
try those inside a docker.
