tcpserversink livekit audio delay

We’re using tcpserversink to publish to a video and an audio port on the
camera we’re developing for, and when leaving and rejoin a livekit stream,
the video is up to date, but the audio isn’t.  The issue is essentially
this:

We’ve tried some of the element properties but nothing seems to work.  Has
anyone else seen this and have setting recommendations?
