GStreamer Plugin cvtracker

Hello,

I have been googling this plugin called cvtracker and can't seem to get it installed. It says its part of the gst-bad-plugins package but when I do "dpkg -L gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad | grep cvtracker" nothing shows up. Suggesting that the element does not exist within this plugin. Does anyone have any suggestions how how I can go about install the cvtracker plugin?
