installed 1.22.2 gst-inspect-1.0 can not find va on Ubuntu

[cfd new]

 I set wrong LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME=i965. It seems the CPU in my machine supports only LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME=iHD.
The problem is solved.
