Can i set rank of a plugin after loading a playbin3 pipeline?

For example I have set the rank of a sw decoder to PRIMARY before loading a
playbin3 pipeline but after loading the pipeline is it possible to change
the rank before the decoder is auto plugged so that a different decoder can
be autoplugged?
