Obtain connected WebRTC peer public/external IPs from webrtcbin element

Hi,

We have a working WebRTC sample that uses the *webrtcbin* element with a
Web socketIO server for WEBRTC signalling like SDPs and ICE messages (which
contains IP reflex address and/or TURN relay address).

However, the question we like to ask is how to know the IP addresses after
the ICE state is completed and the pipeline is PLAYING? Is there any API to
get the list of the connected peer IP address? if not, how to find it out?
