Hi Yu,
I've heard of issues with registration e-mails on Indico, and asked the
freedesktop infrastructure team about it.
Apparently there's an issue especially with gmail. The answer was
basically "it doesn't never work, but it does frequently not work".
I think it might have to do with big patch series being sent out for
review on some mailing lists with many subscribers and then gmail
starts throttling or worse, but I might be misremembering.
Short answer: please try with a non-gmail.com e-mail if possible.
