how to link rtspsrc and tee?

Hello everyone!

          I want to  link rtspsrc and tee and use the pad-added signal ,in the pad_added func i link rtspsrc src pad and tee sink pad by gst_pad_link and it return failed. so what should i do when link rtspsrc and tee?
