    If by "H264 encoding" you mean whether webrtcbin supports
    negotiating and transporting H264 then yes, absolutely, webrtcbin
    supports that.<br>

    You can take a look at tests/examples/webrtc/webrtc.c in
    gst-plugins-bad and adapt it to produce H264.<br>
    <br>
    If you mean to ask whether webrtcbin can perform the encoding
    itself, by selecting and plugging in encoders for example, then no,
    by design webrtcbin expects to receive already encoded and payloaded
    streams.<br>
