Bare H264 bytestream have no time information. Use a container like<br>
MP4, MKV, FLV, TS, etc in order to store you videostream with<br>
appropriate time information. As an example:<br>

! videoconvert ! x264enc ! matroskamux ! filesink location=video.mkv<br>
