I'm not totally certain I guess well what exactly you have done. There<br>
is a WebRTC helper library and there is the plugin library, the two are<br>
seperate. You should never have to link to the plugin library (or any<br>
plugin library) on general setup. This is strictly limited to<br>
Android/iOS with static builds.<br>

What may happen is that the --prefix in your build don't match the<br>
installation path, in which case you have to set some env to tell<br>
GStreamer were to look (see gst-launch-1.0 man page / GST_PlUGIN_PATH).<br>
