Basically I changed from "dx9screencapsrc" to "dxgiscreencapsrc". My capture framerate changed from a stuttery mess at 9FPS to a capped rock solid 30 FPS with no lag, no stutter, flawless! Using 4K display here so 30FPS is not that easy. Congrats all guys and thanks for your awesome work!
