This looks like it's not actually linking against libglib-2.0,
libgthread-2.0, etc. The most likely reason for this is that you
overrode GLIB_LIBS in your configure line. Don't do that. You should
only need to set PKG_CONFIG_PATH and possibly also LD_LIBRARY_PATH, and
then let GStreamer figure out GLIB_LIBS and GLIB_CFLAGS itself via
pkg-config.
