Ok, it's a different error because I've forgot to export DISPLAY, sorry :-P
I've attached the output with "GST_DEBUG=omx*:5,openmax*:5" in gst-launch_playbin2_test_avi_debug_output

Now it starts, but fails with the same error as playbin2 does.
I've attached the output in nv_omx_mpeg4dec_output.
