That's GST_FLOW_ERROR, so not very useful on it's own. You need to get
more debug logs, e.g. with GST_LEVEL_DEBUG.

Is something calling gst_debug_set_default_threshold() again later? That
would be the only reason why you see the above logs, but not more after
you call that function yourself. Note that the above W/GStreamer+basesrc
lines require something to call
gst_debug_set_default_threshold(GST_LEVEL_WARNING)
already.
