Could me help about following problem on gstreamer based-on arm-linux platform

Hi,
I use gstreamer for imx6Q chip(freescale) with linux system,
But I want to use gstreamer to play a mp4 file as a booting animation for linux os,
But the latency is about 2s to see the first frame, why?
Could you give me some suggestion?
I'll appreciate it very much if you could help me.
