Media Clock recovery in Gstreamer AVTP plugin

Hi,

I am a newbie to Gstreamer plugins.

I want to understand how the media clock recovery is done in the Gstreamer
AVTP plugin., Generally PPS signal is used to recover the media clock. I do
not see any information about PPS signal used for clock in Gstreamer
plugin.

Could anyone please provide some information on how the media clock is
recovered in this plugin?
