[Gstreamer-openmax] is there a plan for GstOpenMAX plugin

Does anyone know where can I find GstOpenMAX plugin release plan?
I just found a roadmap about it as below, cannot find some important release date. I would like to know the release date for 0.5, 0.6, 1.0, and 1.1.
