[Gstreamer-openmax] Tunneling branch

Hi,

I finally created the tunneling branch. I included a stripped version of
the changes you did to gstomx_util.* hopefully I didn't miss anything on
this first try.

You can get the code with:
git clone git://github.com/felipec/gst-openmax.git
cd gst-openmax
git checkout -b tunneling origin/tunneling
