If my patch is working, then the EOS buffer should have the flag
cleared, and they returned to the component with OMX_FillThisBuffer().
If the buffer is lost, could it be because the component is dropping
it?

Anyway, I have no way to test this right now, but my guess is that it
would work fine on other omx implementations.
