Oh, ok.

This sentence might need reworking then:
All vendors use OMX bellagio core and have OMX audio/video decoder/encoder.

All the ARM devices I've seen do. What would you do for the big
buffers needed for 12mpx or 1080p then? Reserve 40M of RAM out of the
system memory?
