Patches to remove some compiling warnings for 0.10 branch

Hi all,

Attachments are patches to remove some compiling warnings for the 0.10
branch (http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-omx/log/?h=0.10)

BTW,
* Though gstreamer 0.10 will not touch g_static_rec_mutex stuff, the
third patch still remove some g_static_rec_mutex in gst-omx
* The 0.10 branch is preferred, as the current SDK is based on 0.10.
* We've still trying to make gst-omx work on android(at least for
tables at out hand), as mediacodec API is only available since 4.1.
