OMAP omx_camera porting to GStreamer 1.x

Hi, i am interested in porting OMX camera driving GStreamer element,
which is likely available only for 0.10 branch here:

(branch v0.10.0.4+ti).

The target device to support is DART4460 (OMAP4 SoC).
