[PATCH] bellagio version macros

Latest bellagio ships "clean" OMX_Types.h that does not include OMX_VERSION_XXX defines. The build system does not use customised OMX_Types.h in omx/openmax that has this defines, but gstomax.h relies on them. This patch defines this constants based on bellagio headers and makes the source compile on my machine  :)
