Nothing in particular, basically just the same reasons as D-Bus is going
to relicense: 

 a) it's easier to understand MIT X11 than dual AFL2.1 / GPLv2+; and 

 b) AFL2.1 is basically MIT X11 with some useless patent clauses (AFL
    2.0 had stronger patent clauses but many companies didn't like it).

So while the copyright is still 100% mine I figured I'd do this change
sooner than later. It's not really a big deal I think.

Btw, sorry for my absence on the HAL list; been busy with PK and other
things.
