Heya,

Here's another checkpoint, find it at

 (the www server seems down but ssh access does work)

Highlights since 0.2.94

 - Faster hotplugging; fork hack
 - Moved spec to hal module
 - Actually build Doxygen docs for libhal
 - Computer found in city of lost devices (Joe Shaw)
 - Experimental shutdown on SIGTERM
 - Use O_EXCL for optical disc detection
 - TODO update
 - libsysfs upgrade to 1.1  (Kay Sievers, Joe Shaw)

For packagers, note that the spec and doxygen docs for libhal are now
installed in $(datadir)/doc/hal-<version>/{libhal,spec}. You probably
want to distribute these in -devel packages as they're useful.

I might have broken some autofoo, at least make distcheck passes.
