latest HAL and partitions

Yeah, this is now fixed in CVS. The problem was that the block class
device handler used the generic class device accept function that
required the class device to have a sysdevice. But this is not true for
partitions e.g. /sys/block/sda/sda1. I've introduced a specialized
accept function for block class devices.
