Konice-Minolta A2 fdi file

Hi,

Attached is an fdi-file for the Konica-Minolta Dimage A2 camera. The
file is just copied from one of the other camera fdi files, so I don't
know if anything is missing or whether other changes are needed.
But in any case I successfully transfered files from the camera after
the gnome-device-manager suggested to do so. :-)
